These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ramsey Security Agency website and the security services we provide. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Ramsey Security Agency ("Ramsey") for security services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Ramsey provides professional security services across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area and surrounding Minnesota communities, including:
- Armed and unarmed security officers
- Mobile patrol services
- Event & wedding security
- Retail, corporate, and warehouse coverage
- Construction site security
- School and religious facility protection
3. Licensing & Compliance
Ramsey Security Agency is fully licensed and insured to operate as a security agency in the State of Minnesota. All officers complete required background checks and training in accordance with state regulations.
4. Service Engagement & Pricing
Coverage rates start at $45/hour and may be negotiated based on contract length, coverage hours, number of officers, and site complexity. A written service agreement detailing scope, schedule, and pricing will be issued before deployment.
Quotes provided on this website or by phone are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Recurring clients may be set up on net-30 terms upon credit approval.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or schedule changes must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled coverage. Cancellations within 48 hours may be billed at 50% of the scheduled coverage; same-day cancellations may be billed in full.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property, event, or facility.
- Inform officers of any hazards, access restrictions, or special circumstances on site.
- Comply with all applicable laws related to the engagement of private security.
- Cooperate with reasonable safety recommendations made by Ramsey personnel.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Minnesota law, Ramsey's total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Ramsey is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Security services are designed to deter and respond to incidents but do not guarantee the prevention of all loss, injury, or crime.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ramsey, its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Ramsey Security Agency and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Confidentiality
Ramsey treats client information, site details, incident reports, and operational data as strictly confidential. Officers are trained on confidentiality protocols and sign non-disclosure agreements at hire.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Ramsey reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
